*Terms & Conditions

1) Each ESU fully paid-up member is entitled to maximum purchase of 4 tickets.

2) Tickets are to be fully paid for by 08 July 2009 at 5.00pm, by cash or cheque (addressed to the “Education Services Union”). In the event that reserved tickets are not paid for to ESU by then, tickets will be released for resale.

3) Collection of tickets can be done by:

a) Collection from ESU from 08 July to 15 July 2009; or

b) Collection outside Shaw Lido 1 at the ESU counter on 19 July 2009 from 1.30pm to 1.45pm

4) Bookings are confirmed via email acknowledgement within one week of placing the booking.

5) Allocation of seats is on first come first served, whilst stocks last basis and arranged in alphabetical descending order (from topmost rows to bottom rows). Timing of email order will be based on time indicated on email copy received by ESU.

6) ESU reserves the right to allocate seats based on its sole discretion.

7) Tickets are allocated on a first come first serve basis and also subject to the quota of each branch.

8) $1 per ticket will be channelled into the ESU U Care Fund.
